Greetings! I’m Jelo, I started my career in the BPO industry in 2012 as a Technical Support Representative in Transcom, Convergys and Iqor. In 2017, I shifted to being an Independent Contractor with multiple clients. In the world of freelancing, you will not only need 1 skill but multiple skills to survive. Working with different clients and in different industries has honed my skills which includes, data entry, research, amazon product lister, chat support and lead generation for real estate. Additionally I acquired expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to enhance online visibility for my clients and explore into learning WordPress eventually gaining proficiency in website development on the said platform, to provide a broader range of services for my clients.
